Every personal training plan includes nutritional coaching to enhance your fitness journey and help you develop a sustainable, healthy approach to food choices. This includes the roll out of nutritional information coaching documents, food tracking and habit change tracking.

Every programme begins with a free 1 hour comprehensive consultation and functional movement assessment to allow me to understand your unique goals, health history and current fitness level.

All programmes leverage the PT Distinction application to access your personalised workout plans and nutrition advice seamlessly. Through the app, you will receive your tailored exercise routines, be able to track your progress, and access nutritional guidance and tracking, all within an intuitive and user-friendly platform.

Start Strong: Free Consultation & Functional Movement Assessment

Begin your journey with a complimentary consultation and functional movement assessment. During this initial meeting, we'll discuss your health history, past and current fitness levels and your barriers and motivators to exercise. We'll also review your lifestyle and fitness goals. The movement assessment will help me understand your mobility, strengths and areas for improvement, laying the foundation for a personalised fitness plan. I'll outline what you can expect from my programme and how this will help you make positive changes.

Kickoff: Movement Results, Sign-Up & App Login

I'll send you my findings from our consultation whether you choose to proceed or not! If you'd like to continue, we'll set up your own account on PT Distinction so you can access everything related to your programme. We'll agree on the best times and locations for your training sessions, ensuring that your workouts fit seamlessly into your routine. I can begin to provide you with guidance on nutrition and lifestyle adjustments you can start making right away to support your fitness journey. Finally, we'll set a date for your fitness assessment to start tracking your journey towards better health.

Evaluate: Fitness Assessment & Body Statistics

This is your first paid session. Based on the data we've gathered, I'll select fitness assessments covering strength, cardio, flexibility and/or balance, as indicated by your goals. We'll complete these assessments and record the results so they can be tracked. Additionally, we'll gather some body statistics to establish a baseline. Using this information, we'll set clear, achievable goals that will form the basis of your customised exercise and nutrition plan. I will now have everything I need to create your programme - you can choose your gym shoes, I'll do the rest!

Transform: Full Report, Personalised Programme & Future Check-ins

You will receive a comprehensive report of our findings along with your finalised programme. Our next session will begin your programme, which is written in 6 session blocks to ensure it dynamically evolves with your progress. It will focus on proper form and technique to build an endurance base, maximising results and preventing injury. This will empower you with the knowledge and confidence you need to follow your plan effectively. We'll address any questions and ensure you feel fully supported. Every 6 weeks we'll complete another fitness assessment, track results and celebrate or adapt!
