I'm here to simplify and to help. I'm a passionate advocate for empowering women through fitness and nutrition. From my beginnings as a competitive equestrian to becoming a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, my path is driven by a deep belief in the transformative power of exercise and nourishment. Inspired by my own journey of juggling family, work and exercise, I've dedicated myself to helping women reclaim their strength and health. Grounded in evidence-based practices, I specialise in women's fitness, particularly pre & postnatal and menopause wellness. Join me on this journey.

My Coaching
My bespoke approach to personal training and nutrition coaching is designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, no matter where you are on your journey. All training sessions are in person, either in the gym or in your own home in Brighton.

I hold an ActiveiQ endorsed Level 3 qualification in Personal Training as well as a Level 3 qualification in Pre & Postnatal Exercise and Nutrition. Both of these were studied with Study Active, a leading provider of education in the industry.
I am endorsed and registered with the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) as a Personal Trainer Practitioner. This endorsement reflects my adherence to industry best practices and dedication to continuous professional development.
I am fully insured by Insure4Sport, ensuring that your safety and peace of mind are my top priority.
